I wanted to give you all some inspiration for the week. I photographed a 65 year old man yesterday for a magazine. Gordon Santee holds 79 world records in amateur and professional weight lifting. Most of the records he broke were in his 40's, 50's, and 60's. On top of this, he broke his back in the 80's and refused surgery. He rehabilitated for 15 months and has not had issues since then. Gordon still travels around the USA competing!
